Tour Price

  Liability:

All tour price are quoted net in US$. Tour price does not include airport departure tax, meals not listed, optional tours and personal spending money.

Payment
(1) Sein Sae Taw (999) Travel requires 30% advance deposit to hold the booking.
(2) Balance of 70% must reach Sein Sae Taw (999) Travel 30 days prior to tour departure date.
(3) Payment can be made by telex transfer to Myanma Investment and Commercial Bank (MICB);

Sein Sae Taw (999) travels acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. Sein Sae Taw (999) travels is therefore, not responsible for any loss, injury or damage cause there by tourist including those occurring outside of the normal touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident natural disaster, political action and unrest shall be born by the tourists. Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing hereof and are consequently subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in the tour implies the tourists' acceptance of the above conditions. Travelers are encouraged to take out sufficient insurance coverage to cover eventualities such as cancellation costs medical expenses including repatriation in the even of an accident or illness, loss or damage to luggage.
 

  Charges and Cancellation

  Child Policy

Cancellation for booking without bearing any cost is possible not later than 26 days of arrival.
• From 14 days to 7 days - 25% of the total tour.
• From 3 days to 6 days - 50% of the total tour.
• From 48 hours to arrival or no show - no refund.

75% of adult fare will be charged for the children under 11 year old sharing room with parent.
25% of the adult fare will be charged for infant 2 years and younger not occupying a bed or seat in coach of aircraft.
REMARK:Children mean age under 12 years.
TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Any extra transportation which is not part of the itinerary, tips to excorts, drivers, or guides, passport or visa fees, insurance, airport taxes, immigration and custom fees. Also not included are airport porterage (unless otherwise stated), excess baggage charges, hotel porterage, additional meals, beverages, laundry, phone calls, and other items of a personal nature.
 

  Discount Policy

  Insurance Requirement

We provide one complimentary for every 16th member of the group package. We can offer complimentary depending on tour volume.
 

Travel insurance covering health, trip cancellation lost and damage baggage etc. be purchased is highly recommended.
 

  Package tour

  Guide service

Package tour is included meeting and assistance by our tour guide on arrival and transfer, porter age for two pieces per person, escorted city sightseeing and excursion; entrance fees for pagodas and archaeological zones and accommodations at Hotels.
 

All transfers and sightseeing tours are escorted and accompanied by our tour guide throughout the tour.

  Accommodation

  Meals

Accommodation will be provided at the 3 kinds of hotels (A-5 Stars Hotels & B - 3 Stars Hotels in Yangon, Mandalay, Bangan, Inle; C -Standard Hotels). But in the event that it is not possible, every effort will be made for an alternative at another hotels of the similar standard.
 

Daily breakfast will be provided at the hotels. Lunch and dinner will be provided at the standard restaurant will be provided by the clients.
 

  Baggage

  Refund of unused services

Two pieces of baggage not exceeding 44 lbs (20 kgs) per person is allowed. Any loss or damage to baggage (or) belonging are not responsible to the company. However, the company will assist for claims.

No refund will be given after the commencement of travel for unused tickets, transportation, sightseeing tours, accommodation meals or other services either in part or full according to the programs.
 

  Gratuities and Tipping

Myanmars are genuinely happy to help foreign visitors and don't expect anything in return. But if your guide or any other person during your trip was especially kind or helpful a gratuity would be a generous gesture and greatly appreciated.
